By accessing or using AceX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

AceX provides machine learning-based tennis match predictions and betting analytics. Our service includes win probability estimates, edge calculations, and data-driven insights for ATP, WTA, and ITF matches.

The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only. We do not place bets on your behalf, operate a sportsbook, or facilitate gambling transactions.

3. Predictions and Analytics Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Predictions are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees.

  • All predictions, probabilities, and edge calculations are based on statistical models and historical data.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain.
  • Our models may be wrong. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make.
  • We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of our predictions.
  • You should never bet more than you can afford to lose.

4. Not Financial or Legal Advice

AceX does not provide financial, legal, or gambling advice. Our content is for informational purposes only. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any betting decisions.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding sports betting in your jurisdiction.

6. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

7. Subscription and Payment

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Scrape, harvest, or automatically collect data from the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access our proprietary models
  • Share your account credentials or API keys with third parties
  • Use the Service to harm, defraud, or mislead others

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to predictions, models, algorithms, and design, are owned by AceX and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You use the Service at your own risk. We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms
